    Your initial appointment will typically last an hour 45minutes. It will include a thorough intake of your current and past health history, a customized selection of modalities, and a comprehensive treatment plan so you know what to do next. These modalities include; acupuncture, massage, cupping, gua sha, electro-stimulation, trigger point therapy, aromatherapy, and heat therapy.

  • Acupuncture Follow- Up

    Your return acupuncture appointment is 1 hour and will include acupuncture, aromatherapy, and heat therapy with the possible addition of light bodywork, cupping, or gua sha.

  • Deep Tissue Myofascial Massage

    This session will entail a quick check-in and will then move to  a massage that will incorporate a combination of deep tissue massage, myofascial release techniques, neuromuscular therapy and Shiatsu.  This particular combination helps break down adhesions and tension in the body while targeting hyper-irritable spots to help bring balance back to the nervous system.  The soothing practice of Shiatsu brings a sense of flow and ease to help with blood and lymphatic circulation while leaving you feeling completely relaxed.

  • Cupping + Bodywork

    30min $70 or 60min $150

    This session includes a quick check-in and intake, and either 20-25  or 50 minutes of cupping therapy and massage. This is a great addition to your acupuncture treatment, especially those who have a very strenuous and active lifestyle, have sluggish detox pathways, have a high inflammation load, or just need that extra touch.

    A head to toe nervous system reset starting with a face cleanse and a Gua Sha face massage to relieve tension in the jawed forehead and to improve circulation and lymph flow. A firm neck and shoulder massage leads into the head where revitalizing hair and scalp oils are applied and massaged in and a Gua Sha Jade comb is used to invigorate and stimulate hair growth. A hot stone foot massage is performed to relieve muscle fatigue and to activate acupressure points that detoxifying correlate to the whole body.

    An active face serum, moisturizer and spf are applied to finish off the treatment. You will leave feeling relaxed but invigorated and your energy balanced.

    Microchanneling is a minimally invasive way to stimulate repair in the skin while allowing active nutrients the ability to absorb directly into deeper layers.

    Tiny punctures in the top layer of the skin are made with a fine gold plated titanium needle device creating micro traumas which stimulate collagen and growth factor production.

    A custom active serum containing ingredients like Vitamin C, Copper peptides and Hyaluronic acid is applied. A series is recommended to see results like plumping & firming the skin, diminishing sun damage and acne scars.
